Four decades of clinical leadership, now focused on helping individuals achieve their fullest potential through evidence-based care.
I have been providing mental health services since 1985 and continue to be excited about helping people meet their potential. In the last 35 years through my various roles I have had the privilege of overseeing the treatment of tens of thousands of clients and helped develop hundreds of therapists using the best, evidenced-based approaches to care. These experiences have allowed me to learn what works and doesn't work in helping people meet their behavioral health needs. My goal is to now provide this knowledge and experience at a personal level to clients who have a strong desire to improve.
I spent the bulk of my professional life as the Director of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services (MOPS) where I oversaw the work of more than 65 therapists and trained hundreds of therapists before stepping down to explore a more integrated service delivery system in 2016. Prior to MOPS, I worked in a variety of environments including prisons and juvenile detention facilities. For the last few years I served as the Director of Behavioral Healthcare at the Fairfield Community Health Center (a Federally Qualified Health Center) where I focused on developing integrated behavioral health services within a family medical practice framework.

After overseeing care at scale for decades, the mission now is simple: bring the full weight of that clinical knowledge directly to individuals who are ready to grow. Every engagement is grounded in what the research shows works — no guesswork, no fads.
